View allThey need to be more durable I have 3 sets, within 2 months the toes had wore into fabric
I have high arches, high instep, fallen metatarsal arches, 2 dislocated toes, Mortons toe, plantar faciatis and bad ankles. I have tried every insole known to man from custom to ones I have seen at a home and garden show. These are the only ones I use. I have at least a dozen pairs. Some for golf shoes, gym shoes, dress shoes. I highly recommend this product. It will helps me to avoid surgery and makes my life bearable
I submitted a review a few minutes in which I said they were not effective, however that review was intended for a different product. My bad. I like the inserts and they feel comfortable. The only negative is that they slide in my shoes; it would be good to have the underneath portion a little more tacky. Thanks.
I have struggled with terrible foot pain for 15 years, beginning in my 30s, which created referral pain in my knees, hips, and lower back. I have Morton's Toe--not Morton's neuroma although I think that was developing--which caused a weird imbalance throughout my entire body. I used moleskin foam pads under my large toe ball to help and it was better--until I found these!! I have these in my tennis shoes which I use like house slippers. I wear them every chance I get and am trying to figure out how I can get them in my other shoes since women's shoes are not created for these, usually. I also have the Cloud Comfort insole and use it when I cannot fit these in and also the fashion insole for my dressy shoes including flats and average heeled-boots. I have not had to take ibuprofen ANY since I started using these--because I have basically zero pain!! I can't even imagine how much I hurt now that I do not!
These are for very high arches, so do not forget that point. My arch used to be so high I almost had no footprint (other than my toes and heel) when I was young, so these are perfect for those of you who had similar arches. They are hard so make sure you have a foam insert over them. When you do, they are perfect! This is the best purchase I have ever made in my entire life. Try them out!!
I will mention that as I was adjusting to the insoles, as identified in the videos, my knees felt like they were tender. It was like I had a bunch of space in them and they had been kind of pulled apart (not painfully, just loose or something). As I adjusted to the insoles, this went away. That was the only adjustment I felt other than zero pain!
I have not been able to wear heels in 15 years without intense pain in my knees, hips, lower back, and especially my feet. I felt crippled every time I had to wear them and in my 30s at the time, I had instances where I had to wear heels. I have Morton's Toe--not Morton's neuroma although I think that was developing--and a weird callus that developed between my first and second toe on the ball of my foot. Just strange. I used moleskin foam pads under my large toe ball to help and it was better--until I found these!! I have them in my heeled boots (1.25" only for the Capitol) and my feet feel tons better! The only issues I have is that they will slide. I am using double-sided Scotch tape to hold them in at the moment but am about to try carpet tape to see if it will keep them from slipping. REGARDLESS--I love them even, though they slip, and I do not feel crippled any more!!! This is life changing!!
Working great so far.
Very happy with product so much I'm buying a second pair. TY
I keep one pair in my tennis shoes at all times and it's been such a game changer. I'm loving each set I purchased and for the various types of shoes I wear daily.
No so good. They are too hard. Made of plastic instead of cushions. Don’t like them.
Feet feel good
